"Kayersberg, France"

Seeing this painting puts me right back in Kayersberg, joyfully feeling the fresh morning breeze, appreciating the beautiful town, and anticipating my caf� and pain au chocolat. I just loved the unusally shaped building in this scene, the river running alongside, and the ruins of the chateau on the hill. I should probably warn prospective Kayersberg visitors that, applying artistic license to better serve my composition, I substituted a fence for a wall that bordered the river.
