Rock Meadow I
|
I find it challenging to find
plein air painting subjects in the country during
the summer because the green is often unrelieved.
This day was no exception as I visited location after
location only to find them too uniformly green. Hence
my surprise to try one more location and be gifted
with these fields of wildflowers stretching as far
as one could see! And right in my own town!
